Planning & Private Advisory Terms

By securing a Luxe Getaways planning retainer, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Advisory Retainer

A non-refundable planning retainer secures dedicated advisory time, research and itinerary design services.

The applicable retainer will be confirmed following your consultation and is structured as follows:

Short-Haul Luxury Advisory – £99
For single-destination European or Middle Eastern travel requiring curated refinement.
Long-Haul Luxury Advisory – £149
For Caribbean, Indian Ocean and long-haul luxury travel requiring flight optimisation and structured itinerary design.
Premier Private Travel Advisory – £249
For multi-destination journeys, villa or butler-level accommodation, premium cabin routing and complex or high-value luxury travel architecture.

All retainers are inclusive of VAT.

2. Commencement of Work

Planning and advisory work begins upon confirmation of payment.

The retainer secures dedicated professional time and is non-refundable once advisory services have commenced.

3. Scope of Service

The planning retainer includes:

Additional revisions or significant restructuring beyond the original brief may require an upgraded advisory tier.

4. Proposal Validity

All quotations and proposals are subject to supplier availability and pricing fluctuations until formally confirmed and deposit secured.

Luxe Getaways cannot guarantee pricing or availability until booking confirmation.

5. Separation from Travel Cost

The advisory retainer is separate from the cost of travel arrangements and does not form part of the holiday price.

6. Acceptance

By proceeding with payment, you confirm acceptance of these terms and acknowledge the non-refundable nature of the advisory retainer.
