1. Booking Confirmation
- All accommodation bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Once your booking has been processed, Luxe Getaways Ltd. will issue a confirmation via email. Please review your confirmation carefully, ensuring that all details are correct. If there are any discrepancies, notify us immediately.
- A binding contract is formed only once you have received our confirmation of your booking.
2. Payment Policy
- A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the accommodation provider’s terms.
- The full balance for accommodation must be paid by the date specified in your confirmation email or as per the provider's terms.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the accommodation provider. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking.
- Luxe Getaways Ltd. will assist in managing cancellations and refunds; however, all cancellations are subject to the provider’s policies and any applicable fees.
- In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the booking will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Amendments to Bookings
- Amendments to accommodation bookings are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
- Requests for amendments must be submitted in writing to Luxe Getaways Ltd., and we will liaise with the accommodation provider on your behalf.
- Any changes may also be subject to the provider's terms and conditions, and additional costs may apply.
5. Travel Insurance
- Luxe Getaways Ltd. strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, loss of personal belongings, and any other unforeseen circumstances.
- We do not accept any responsibility for losses incurred due to a lack of insurance coverage.
6. Liability
- Luxe Getaways Ltd. acts as an agent between you and the accommodation provider. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or claims arising from your stay, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or other incidents.
- We are not liable for any failures on the part of the accommodation provider, including cancellations, changes to your booking, or inadequate service levels.
- Any disputes or claims related to your stay must be addressed directly with the accommodation provider.
7. Special Requests
- Any special requests (e.g., room location, dietary requirements, accessibility needs) must be communicated at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate such requests, they cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
- Luxe Getaways Ltd. is not responsible for the accommodation provider's failure to meet special requests.
8. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in and check-out times are determined by the accommodation provider. These details will be provided in your booking confirmation.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests may be subject to additional charges and are at the discretion of the accommodation provider.
9. Complaints
- If you encounter any issues during your stay, please contact the accommodation provider immediately to resolve the matter. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact Luxe Getaways Ltd. for further assistance.
- Any complaints must be reported in writing to Luxe Getaways Ltd. within 28 days of the end of your stay. We will aim to mediate between you and the accommodation provider; however, we do not assume any liability for the outcome.
10. Force Majeure
- Luxe Getaways Ltd. is not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or acts of terrorism.
11. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.
