Your Booking Protection Explained

At Luxe Getaways, your peace of mind is just as important as your travel experience. We act as an independent travel agent, working only with ATOL-protected principals and tour operators, so you can book with confidence knowing your money is protected.

ATOL (Air Travel Organiser’s Licence) is the UK’s financial protection scheme for flight-inclusive holidays. 

It ensures that your money is protected and that you will be looked after if the ATOL holder ceases trading. When you book a flight-inclusive holiday, you will receive an ATOL Certificate, which confirms:

• What parts of your trip are financially protected
• Who the ATOL holder is
• Who to contact if anything goes wrong

Luxe Getaways acts as an agent for ATOL-protected tour operators and principals.

Depending on how your holiday is arranged, ATOL protection may be provided by:

• Independent Travel Experts (ATOL No. T7400), where we create packages under their trade ATOL; or
• The tour operator supplying your holiday, such as easyJet holidays, who holds their own ATOL.

The relevant ATOL holder for your booking will always be clearly shown on your ATOL Certificate.
